Spiritual Wake Up - "Guiding Individuals to that Special Place Inside Themselves"

Being ... In the Moment ... NowMeditation

Being ... In the Moment ... Now

Instruction will be given to include
various meditation practices.

The overall goal of any form of Meditation is No Goal, no final state to achieve, its about just Being within yourself.  To connect with the True Self is all that we are here to Do, Be, Have, in all our activities, whatever they may be for as long as we are here.

The following interview link with the late J. Krishnamurti, may help you with the concept of No Goal.

What is Meditation? with J. Krishnamurti

Krishnamurti ... philosopher and mystic ... he taught the spiritual nature of reality.

"God cannot hide from the person who gives Him devotion and a real soul call.  Open your eyes to the joy of meditation and all darkness will vanish."

Paramahansa Yogananda

The Spiritual Wake Up meditation techniques discussed will include:

Yogic - breath work, energetic movement and centering in various points.

Kriya - a form of yogic energetic meditation as represented by Paramahansa
Yogananda and his lineage back to Babaji.

Taoist - the various meditation applications found in Taoist fire and water
        meditation practices.

Buddhist - centering work on the breath and thought.

Zen - the centering work on the breath and Hara (lower Tantien in Taoism) and
a walking meditation style particular to Zen.

Guided - meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced, working on
various energetic activities to experience different states of awareness in
the body, the energetic field, the emotions, mind and spirit.

While walking through nature, you may want to practice Centering techniques from Taoist, Buddhist and Zen traditions focusing on different energy centers, helping you open up to the Divine nature within.  Also while walking, you may want to practice Zen Koans, Mantras or Contemplative exercises.  In addition, you can learn to move chi or prana (life force energy) through your body as you walk.

Here are a few exercises you may like to try.
