The Yoga that you will be practicing, will be directed towards breathing and relaxing into various body postures to help you open and release the various muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves for greater health, balance, and stamina in your body.

The practice will also help calm your emotions and bring your mind into a state of peace, so that you will have a feeling of Grace moving through your Being. Taoist breathing and relaxation techniques will be incorporated in the practice, as well as Yogic pranayama techniques to calm the nervous system and open the main energy channels in your body for greater flow within the body, mind and spirit system.
At Spiritual Wake Up, some of the exercises that you will practice may be connected with the Chi Kung series to help with the flow of prana or chi (life force energy) in your body, by helping to open the joints and releasing the pressures in those joints on a physical as well as an energetic level.
